With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, I combine engineering experience and project management skills with a deep understanding of contracts and delay analysis. I hold a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, a Masters in Construction Law from Robert Gordon University and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. My career spans Europe and the Middle East, where I have worked with both clients and contractors on challenging projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. I have successfully managed complex claims and variations, securing favorable outcomes and settlements. I have also participated in international arbitration as a witness, working closely with lawyers and experts. I am passionate about delivering high-quality advice to our clients, developing and mentoring the team, and expanding my knowledge and skills in the fields of commercial management and dispute resolution.

GoldLine Metro Project. Responsibilities included the systematic identification of change, the production of claims and variations from inception to issuing notices of dispute and negotiating with the PMC and the Employer in a high pressure environment. In this role I successfully worked towards two major commercial settlements defending entitlement and quantum on dozens of complex claims. Produced and successfully settled extension of time and disruption claim with a team of planners and QSs. I also acted as witness in international arbitration working closely with lawyers and experts throughout the proceedings.
Leading multidisciplinary teams in geothermal and hydro power projects across different project phases.
Responsible for several sub-projects of a 900 MW coal plant construction, including the main cooling water pumps, the cooling tower and the water turbine. Main activities are construction supervision, claim management and contract close out, coordination of multiple suppliers to achieve a common target, commissioning, maintenance planning and preparation for operation.
Joint Venture of EnBW and EDF to build a gas storage plant in Etzel, Niedersachsen, Germany Main responsibilities were: Supervision of construction and commissioning, follow up of progress reporting and scheduling for proactive mitigation of delays, coordination of punch item resolution during commissioning. Verification and validation of claims, claim negotiations, contract close out, representation of the Joint Venture in operator commitees and municipal events and mediating activities between intercultural project partners.
