Since January 2009 I have been working for Deutsche Telekom AG with base in Cologne/Bonn. After serving five years in different finance and controlling positions, I decided end of 2013 to accept a position as senior manager of HR projects within the Group Headquarters (GHS) of Deutsche Telekom. In July 2016 I was offered the role as project lead of Learning & Training Services within Deutsche Telekom Services Europe (DTSE). DTSE is responsible for Deutsche Telekom AG's end-to-end processes in the functions human resources, finance, procurement and reporting. My task was to transfer people (90 people head count), processes and tools from another company to DTSE. Upon completion of the project in March 2017 I was asked to take over the responsibility and further development of the department. In May 2021 I became head of the business unit Individual Solutions within DTSE, which offers HR operations services to the employees of Deutsche Telekom in the areas of non-standard companies (subsidiaries), global assignments, learning and training services, travel management, corporate language services and idea generation. As of October 2024 I am the head of the delivery unit Customer Touchpoints, which includes our competence centers of HR and Procurement as well as the strategic development of our portals and touchpoints. Prior to my career at Deutsche Telekom I worked for Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services in Copenhagen, Denmark, as analyst focusing on mergers & acquisitions. I have profound analytical skills gained from five years of higher level business studies at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. I have completed a Master of Science in Finance and Strategic Management and the CEMS Master’s in International Management. During my studies I went of exchange in the United States, Austria and China. My working experience abroad as well as my international academic profile has provided me with in-depth knowledge in how to do business in an international business environment. On a personal level I see myself as ambitious, curious, open-minded and goal-orientated individual, who has an extrovert personality, supports teamwork and know the value of networking.
Since October 1st, 2024, I am head of the shared services delivery unit Customer Touchpoints, which includes 150+ dedicated colleagues in Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Rumania and India. Responsibility areas are: COMPETENCE CENTER 1st & 2nd LEVEL - Management of inquiries from employees and vendors in HR and Procurement related matters. - Handling of requests with strong focus on resolving them in the first point of contact. COMPETENCE CENTER STEERING - Management of daily Competence Center operations, ensuring smooth performance and effective agent support. PORTALS & TOUCHPOINTS - Develop and improve existing customer touchpoints - Enhance customer experience and generate cost-efficiency from touchpoint consolidation and use of articifial intelligence.
Since the 1st of May, 2021, I am head of the business unit Individual Solutions, which includes 170+ dedicated colleagues in Germany, Rumania and Slovakia. Individual Solutions is responsible for delivering excellent services that are tailor-made and customized to our customers in the following business areas: NON-STANDARD COMPANIES: end-to-end support of employees, HR business partners and managers on the entire HR portfolio from hiring to termination of employment for subsidiaries and second-tier subsidiaries of DT. GLOBAL EMPLOYMENT CENTER: consulting and end-to-end support for all international assignments in all countries lasting more than 3 months; guaranteeing compliance concerning international assignments (immigration, labor law, taxes, social security) within the framework of the Global Mobility Policy. LEARNING & TRAINING SERVICES: administration and provision of groupwide and customer-specific trainings (on-site trainings, virtual trainings, elearnings) in the learning management systems employed by DTAG in accordance with the specifications of the company requesting the service. GROUP TRAVEL MANAGEMENT: providing products, processes, and systems for travel management within DT – in Germany and internationally; processing the reimbursement of travel expenses. CORPORATE LANGUAGE MANAGEMENT: management of translation services within DT; ensuring a consistent foreign-language presence in line with the one company / one voice / one language ideal IDEAS MANAGEMENT: development and implementation of strategies, concepts, measures, and instruments for ideas management within DT with the goal of unlocking employees’ innovative potential
- HR Operations: Optimisation of operations, particularly in the book-to-bill process of Learning within Telekom Telekom AG - Standardization and automation of processes reducing manual workload and OPEX on operations - Retirement of outdated applications to save expenses on IT - Cultural change: Implementation of a low hierarchy working environment emphasising empowerment of teams to support faster decision-making - Nearshoring: Establish Learning & Training Services as a service orientated business unit operating in Romania serving German customers as well as the international business entities at competitive cost
Deutsche Telekom Services Europe provides end-to-end services for Deutsche Telekom Group in the areas of finance, procurement, human resources and reporting. As part of the portfolio optimisation it was decided in May 2016 to add learning and training management services to the HR-portfolio. I am responsible for the national and international roll-out, which imply the following activities: - Migration of operations: Responsible for the transfer of approximately 90 headcounts from Telekom Trainin GmbH to Deutsche Telekom Services Europe GmbH - Process transformation: Responsible for the transfer and implementation of operations for Learning & Training Services in Germany and internationally in line with the future operating model of HR - Steering of the Learning & Training Services Unit (90 headcounts) as of January 1, 2017

In the team "Operational Budget Control", which is a group of seven people, all financial matters related to budget planning, budget release and monitoring, financial reporting and charging are handled.
