Learned from the pi(c)ke(nhan) up: From production to management, from small German cities to the pulsing Chinese million metropolis, from manufacturing process to product sales! My hands on skills - first as blue collar - has been enriched by theoretical knowledge step by step as white collar and recently adding sales and management experience. Several years of work experience in China have shown to me the significance of effective communication between customers and all relevant departments of a supplier - especially in a very dynamic environment - to deliver the best possible product that meets customer requirements. Based on my past career and successes, I am convinced that the combination of detailed manufacturing process, product design know-how, as well as understanding the customer needs is key to deliver consistent customer satisfaction. Furthermore,in the context of my recent role as Manager of Technical Sales for Battery Components, I have learned how important it is to develop its own team, to contribute to the success of our customers.
