• Provide technical support for over 2000 computers, 160 networked color and black & white printers in both Windows (XP and Vista) and MacOS X (Tiger and Leopard) environments • Answer user and partnership staff questions in person, through email and over the phone • Respond to developing situations as directed through phone, email, voice-mail, or text-pages • Operate UM vehicles in a safe, efficient manner • Operate for extended periods of time independently, often unsupervised
• Maintain proper pH, conductivity (salinity), oxygen content and particle filtration of three independent zebrafish colonies, totaling 1175 liters • Initiate test-cross breeding protocols as instructed by laboratory director • Assist in post-breed embryo collection as well as viability screening • On-call response to immediate, colony threatening emergencies such as system blockages, leakage, flooding and automated climate control malfunction • Increased embryo viability by developing a new feeding method
