My responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Allwyn HQ entities (the Czech Republic, Switzerland, the UK) • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define hiring needs and align talent strategies with business objectives • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talent • Build and maintain strong internal and external talent pipelines for future workforce planning • Provide regular and ad hoc recruitment analytics to inform decision-making • Continuously optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems for greater efficiency and impact • Represent Allwyn at external events and networking opportunities to strengthen our talent brand • Contribute to group-wide TA initiatives and projects across the organization • Support the evolution of Allwyn’s employer brand by embedding our EVP into recruitment communications • Ensure compliance with HR and recruitment documentation requirements • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing recruitment best practices
