Nikola Nejčev is a musicologist and cultural project manager with strong experience in youth-oriented music initiatives, international cooperation and cultural project delivery. Since 2024, he has been working as Project Manager and PR Officer at Muzička omladina Beograda, where he is also engaged as Programme Editor, coordinating artistic programmes, international partnerships and communication activities within the Jeunesses Musicales International network. Led the preparation of all visual, editorial, and promotional materials. This included designing the concert poster and visual identity, editing and structuring the bilingual concert programme booklet, coordinating translations, making musicological and editorial decisions regarding repertoire presentation, organising print production, and ensuring proper archiving of materials. Set up and managed the concert website as well as dedicated social media channels, prepared promotional texts, and coordinated basic PR and communication activities in the lead-up to the event. Oversaw financial coordination and settlements related to the project, including fee structuring, advance payments, reimbursements, and coordination with the hosting institution’s accounting department, ensuring that all elements of the concert were delivered smoothly and professionally.
