For my third rotation I wanted to do something fun and creative. I've joined Digital Marketing team, because here I can switch between various positions depending on what is currently needed. I had the opportunity to learn more about marketing, work with tools such as Microsoft Power BI, learn new trends in digital marketing, innovate capabilities catalog and I put to practice skills I gained during studying Multimedia communications (my college minor).
For my second rotation, my current role is product analyst in Clinical and Real-World Evidence Generation value team. For 50 % of my allocation, I’m working on Health Technology product. My responsibility is to collect requirements from business, communicate the requirements with our developers and write user stories. I also work with Google Analytics to track usage of our products to figure out which pages are used the most and how, in order to bring new ideas how to improve the product for our users. By working on this project, I learned what does it mean to work towards outcomes and be more user oriented.
