Key Account Manager • ECR Belgium is the biggest wholesaler for refrigeration equipment in Belgium • Responsible for the turnover and the contact with several ‘Key Accounts’. • Apart from that I am active as Product Manager for a range of electronic equipment and a range of compressor racks and heat exchangers. • ECAT (European catalogue) team leader • Introducing of ACE quality management system • Implementing EH&S (Environment, Health and Safety) program Sales manager (as of May 2005) • Defining goals and strategies for our business and implement them, lead sales meetings, make business plans... • Since we did not have a GM in Belgium (we worked with a supervisor instead of a GM) I also took part in all management meetings on a European level.
Electronic Products Manager • First as collaborator at the technical office (making of offers, commercial contacts with customers). • Later promoted to ‘Electronic Products Manager’ where I was responsible for a range of electronic regulation equipment. • I was also involved in the design and installation of a new computer system. Manager of PROCOLD BVBA • During two years I was responsible for the foundation of a new independent service point for FRIGRO NV called PROCOLD. • Responsible for both the financial and general management.
