Niklas Christiansson is responsible for and concerned with long-term and "big picture" issues while still having a deep technical knowledge. Working with regulatory (PTS) and others to incorporate legal considerations into strategic planning and inter-company negotiations. He oversees development of new technologies and how to incorporate them as a sellable product, as well as technology needed for running the company. He is responsible for all highly specialized software development used internally, both to interface the economical department and the different system ( Mail/DNS/Web) used directly or indirectly by customers
