Peptide chemistry
-Development of new methods to prepare active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and implementing these methods first in Pilot Plant (Kg-scale) and secondly further implementation through process optimization and validation to enable commercial production and NDA applications. -Implemention of availble external methods for clinical drug candidates for production. -Documention for production of commercial products.
-Process development chemist working with Process Development projects of API and cGMP manufacturing of API:s
- Development and scale-up of API processes for use in toxicology and pre-clinical studies. - Route scouting of economical and sustainable processes for API manufacturing. - Preparation of supply proposals.
