Since 2015, I have been building my career at Boehringer Ingelheim, one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies with over 54,000 employees worldwide. I began through an integrated degree program combining academic studies, vocational training, and practical business experience, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Following a structured HR rotation program, I joined Talent Acquisition in 2019 and progressed from HR Senior Specialist Recruiting to Recruiter and Recruiting Manager. In these roles, I led end-to-end recruitment for senior and strategic positions within the Global Human Pharma organization, managing international hiring processes and partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries. Since August 2025, I have been serving as HR Business Partner for the German Human Pharma Business Unit, partnering with leaders across Marketing & Sales in the Cardio-Renal-Metabolic (CRM) Therapeutic Area as well as Market Access & Healthcare Affairs. Recruiter for Group Functions: โช๏ธGlobal Business Services - Financial Services - HR Services - Master Data Management Services โช๏ธGlobal Master Data Management โช๏ธFinance and Controlling Germany โช๏ธLegal and Compliance Germany โช๏ธBI Secura (Insurances) As part of the Recruitment Team, I am responsible for the planning, execution, steering and continuous improvement of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition processes. This includes both, internal and external recruitment processes with candidates from local and international markets within the Enabling Functions business. Our main focus is to deliver a more diverse, engaged and productive workforce whilst streamlining processes, increasing efficiency and enabling the best candidate and customer experience. My key responsibilities: - Steering, monitoring and following up on the end-to-end recruiting process adherence with all involved parties (Hiring Manager, Candidates, HR-internal interfaces and works council). I am also responsible for ensuring a positive customer (hiring-manager & candidate) experience within the interactions with Recruiting. - Accountable for intense hiring-manager consultation throughout the recruiting process. This involves the identification of the individual recruiting need, the personalized recruiting strategy and selection of job boards. - I conduct competency-based HR-interviews with shortlisted candidates and contribute to the decision-making process together with the hiring manager. - I assure BI-internal alignment of the package and I extend the offer to the candidate (in accordance with legal, contractual and internal obligations and guidelines). This also includes clarification and explanation of the applicable benefits and coordination of specific package components, e.g. in case of local hires from abroad.
