At Pomp & Sass I have developed a unique profit positive marketing item for global hotels and resorts. To meet the growing demand for destination specific sustainable merchandise, I develop art based on my clients location and branding. This art is woven into the spa quality Turkish towels that are sold as souvenirs or used for promotional merchandise. These spark deep and meaningful conversations about my clients as their guests are asked "where did you get that beautiful towel?" I have worked as a professional designer since graduating from my four year degree of illustration from Sheridan College in 2011. This has included freelance design, illustration and branding contracts. I worked as a textile designer for household soft goods who developed products for the Canadian market. I have worked as a faculty member of Sheridan College when I taught design principles to marketing and advertising students. Teaching college students was a great joy in my life. I would love to teach watercolour painting classes one day. Awards include: BMO Celebrating Women, MNP Future Leaders, Brampton Intrepid leaders, IDEA Fund grant and others.
