BIO: Nikki Mears’s strong work ethic has been evident since an early age, determined to make her way in the world of work, learning her trade from the ground up. Starting in admin she quickly progressed into selling from photocopiers to radio advertising before moving into training and information technology. Working for large outsourcing companies, Nikki quickly established a reputation for winning large contracts, creating training solutions in conjunction with large IT players. Moving to Microsoft she cemented her skills in producing targeted learning solutions, saving clients millions of pounds before transitioning to EDS/HP where Nikki’s implementation of Up-skilling and re-skilling programs saved the company in excess of two million dollars. Whether it's managing multi £million training budgets, highlighting skill shortages or generating solutions, as a seasoned professional, Nikki’s creativity, innovation and drive for results and perfection are always evident coupled with a huge ability to adapt to an ever changing world.
