I work at the intersection of Data, Design and Human Understanding – where numbers are not just analysed, but interpreted to tell meaningful, actionable stories. My unique background in branding and visual communication introduced me to hone in on how people think, decide and connect. Across my varied roles, one thing has always remained true, I've always been drawn to understand both the breadth and depth of human behaviour. Over time, that curiosity naturally led me to look for stories at a larger scale, through data analytics. I’m currently pursuing a part-time degree in Business Analytics at SUSS, while working in roles that help me translate data into actionable insights. My experiences across Apple, Deliveroo, foodpanda, and Marina Bay Sands have given me a front-row view of how data can support decision-making — from improving customer journeys to shaping business strategies. What excites me most isn’t just visualising data, but making it human: connecting dashboards to the real-world contexts that drive them. I enjoy exploring the why behind the numbers — bridging quantitative data with qualitative understanding to tell complete, meaningful stories. I’m early in my formal analytics training, but I bring a strong foundation in human-centred thinking and a growing technical toolkit — from SQL and Python to dashboard design — as I continue building toward a career in insight-driven, people-focused analytics. I’m still early in my analytics journey, but I’m deeply invested in learning — from SQL and Python to human-centred design principles — and growing into someone who helps teams see both the precision and the empathy in data.
