- Lead end-to-end production across video and photo projects — from social and in-house shoots to large-scale campaigns — while overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources. - Act as agency production lead, representing creative capabilities to clients and building strong relationships with vendors, directors, and production partners. - Drive collaboration across creative, account, digital, and production teams while implementing workflow improvements and project management systems to ensure seamless delivery.

- Curated content for Elevation Outreach social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) - Led content strategy and day-to-day platform management for Outreach social media channels - Hunt for stories from volunteers, partners, and Outreach Directors - Oversee overall social media content process from pre-production to post production - Travelled locally and internationally to capture live event content for the Elevation Outreach social media accounts and for long-form video content - Coordinated budgets, location and talent scouting, set/prop coordination for photo and video shoots
