Responsible for IT/ Non IT recruitment - Responsible for identifying talent that meets specific clients requirements. - Build a strong working relationship with Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders. - Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on clients specifications. - Utilize a variety of recruiting strategies to focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates. - Involved in sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networking. - Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates and post jobs on the portals to increase the pool of candidates. - Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the clients.
