Managing the end-to end-recruitment process with effective stakeholder management, identifying, and placing the right candidates and offer negotiations to complete the process primarily focused on delivering and meeting the huge hiring demands always Streamlining with hiring managers to discern workforce needs, defining job parameters, outlining desired qualifications, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting best-option candidates for skilled/technical trades, management positions and support staff openings Assisting the hiring managers with latest market trends by effective market intelligence data Developing sourcing strategies to create a database of applicants best suited for the vacant positions and deliver results within timely closure of the mandates Participating in Workforce Planning Sessions and ad-hoc feedback meeting with hiring managers to enhance the hiring process Reviewing job scope with hiring managers, discussing industry norms/competitive offers, and sourcing top talent for openings Participate in key stakeholder meetings including intake meetings, weekly cadences and debriefs, providing market knowledge and insight to help influence and drive an effective recruitment strategy Managing the various aspects of first-level judgment on applicants before referring them to senior management for a final choice Recruiting for Mortgage Business, Consumer Lending, Internal Audits, Control Testing, Risk management Collaborating with the Human Resource Manager and/or recruiting managers to determine the essential competencies and requirements for vacant jobs Liaising with using suitable technologies, & manage the mass employment process and end-to-end recruiting Interviewing applicants, verifying references, and comparing qualifications with job requirements, to establish the suitability of the applicant for the job Establish a recruitment tool Kenexa and Workday. • Creating a seamless experience for all candidate throughout the interview process • Partner with talent advisors and hiring leaders to schedule and coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite and video interviews, and manage the offer documentation process. • Collaborate with talent advisors to create and continuously evolve our recruiting processes • Own and juggle multiple schedules, balancing multiple priorities and miscellaneous projects • Responsible for data integrity and candidate flow in our applicant tracking system. • Communicate professionally, thoughtfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect • General day-to-day scheduling and administrative duties • Coordinate candidate travel and the candidate expenses process, as needed. • Build strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, the hiring manager they support, and their candidates to drive an efficient process for providing a positive candidate, as well as handle any challenges that may occur. • Collaborate with our Recruiting Operations team to improve upon and streamline existing processes and programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent.
