The Validation Coordinator position is responsible for the quality assurance of the court reporters’ work product through validation checks to enable jobs to be processed accurately. • Quality control all Reporter Files including formatting and/or correcting reporter errors with assistance from the reporter • Validate client addresses and contact information • Align Order Request with Production Preferences and on-the-record stipulations • Return jobs to Service Providers when necessary for correction and proper handling • Track multiple deadlines regarding receipt of time-sensitive transcripts and expedites jobs as necessary • Communicate with court reporters through e-mail regarding missing materials, impending deadlines, and to resolve any questions or concerns • Train and/or cross trains employees as assigned • Clean up client notes as directed • Other duties as assigned
