I have 3.7 years of experience working at Accenture as a Supply Chain Analyst. Currently, I serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and have developed a strong skill set in various tools and systems. I am proficient in Salesforce, where I create payments through Purchase Orders (PO) and APWs for our AMER region partners. I extract data to generate reports in Excel to actualize estimates for campaigns in SFDC, and I efficiently handle invoicing and partner payments. My responsibilities also include managing document reviews and approving invoices using the Buying Hub. When necessary, I make adjustments in ARIBA regarding the PO, such as increasing the budget for the purchase order in the Buying Hub, and I process payments in SAP. Additionally, I oversee Quality Assurance (QA) for our team, ensuring that we maintain high-quality work and adapt to new challenges as the business evolves. Building positive relationships with the Clients and it has been key to my success. I am dedicated to addressing the pain points of our partners to ensure prompt payment processing. As a team player and enthusiastic go-getter, I also oversee PPA activities for our entire team and create a monthly newsletter for Accenture’s executive leadership.
