As a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, I equip leaders and teams with practical skills to recognize, respond to, and support individuals experiencing mental health challenges. I regularly conduct research and analyze workflow and job design. I take the lead on compensation analysis, and provide recommendations to decision-makers. I skillfully handle recruiting, staffing and succession planning to ensure a top-notch team is in place. I am committed to partnering with department directors to design and facilitate customized training programs to increase employee success and customer satisfaction, across enterprises and departments. I dedicate a significant amount of time as a business partner, linking business objectives to HR strategies. I provide coaching to assist with complex employee relations issues and help managers become comfortable coaching and counseling their direct reports.
