- Lead Digital Workplace Global Product Management - Co-Develop and drive strong GTM strategy with Alliance partners to develop qualified deal pipeline for the business unit. - Track and manage the overall revenues from these portfolios. Develop growth and sustenance strategy for these portfolios. - Identify and onboard new OEMs, ISVs and SaaS providers, onboard vendors onto the partner framework and define service offerings. - Vendor Contract negotiation, Master services agreements and reseller agreements. - Design and Execution of partner focussed business development initiatives for new product offerings. - Delivery and different HCL BU alignment for joint product development roadmaps. - Forecast and manage yearly product development and marketing budgets. - Develop effective GTM and Product Marketing strategies to ensure top of the line market positioning for Workplace Offerings. - Yearly road mapping and budgeting for the portfolio for the upcoming Offer Development
• Drive end to end development of productised Digital Workplace Offerings for IBM GTS, while owning the P&L for the offerings and aligning it with the quarterly & yearly targets for the Offerings. • Own and drive the offering development from the Conceptualization, Business Planning, Development till the offer is Market Ready. • Conduct Market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and overall IBM offer fitment in the market with a defined value proposition & differentiation in Offering.
• Solution architect for HPE’s Workplace services which include Messaging & Collaboration, Workplace Management, Office 365 Migrate and Run Solutions, Site Support, Software Deployment, Service Desk offerings • Ensured effective development of multimillion dollar solutions and have handled their successful deployment • Engaged in supporting the new pursuits in building RFP responses by designing the service offering to suit the customer requirements
• Worked as a Delivery Leader wherein supported two of HPE’s dedicated accounts. This was a customer facing role which required managing customer expectations while working closely with the Accounts and Delivery team.
