I'm a software community builder and I love solving problems for people using software. I believe the best systems start with the best conversations. Anything can be resolved by having the best conversations. Throughout my career, I've been a listener and a translator, for people and for systems, aligning and bridging disciplines to co-create ubiquitous languages that unite teams across boundaries. I weave that shared understanding into resilient systems and help organizations find clarity and deliver value. Naturally, I love learning languages to talk to people, and programming languages to talk to systems. I've collaborated with businesses that were trying to solve problems for people. I worked through their challenges, building systems with their ground teams, and then communities that could sustain and evolve those systems independently. I've led critical enterprise transformations across finance, healthcare, retail, media, and telecom, helping teams build secure, reliable software at scale using user-centered design, DDD, lean delivery, TDD, and pair programming. Built a plugin marketplace for a leading website builder, contributing to over 500k+ new users the following year and enabling creators to share interactive designs and integrate third-party tools. Led the modernization of legacy financial APIs supporting over 80 million daily transactions, eliminating $3M in annual costs. Increased release cadence from monthly to weekly while maintaining platform reliability. Delivered a FHIR-compliant API platform enabling over 15 million patients to access their health data. Led the team through tight regulatory deadlines, balancing speed and secure access. Architected an incident management system that reduced support volume by one-third for a Fortune 50 bank. Mentored a product manager and a designer into full-stack engineering roles. Contributed to the launch of a broadcast scheduling platform that eliminated manual coordination across more than 200 affiliate stations.
