Product Development of parts to meet styling intent, assembly for that parts and ensure regulatory meeting as per standards. Knowledge of ECE regulation for developing lamp. (ECE-R53, ECE R48, ECE 112) Knowledge of lamp construction, manufacturing, design of plastic injected parts & tooling. Follows standards, CAD methods, and procedures to create CAD data for automotive lighting products with CATIA V5 software as per customer requirements.
