I’m a third-year medical student from UCL, intercalating at Imperial, with a keen interest in emergency, expedition and conflict medicine.

Attended a course for improving my clinical skills including suturing, superficial and deep wound repair, tendon repair, microsurgery and dissection. This was taught by UCL Clinical Skills Society with contributions from the Royal College of Surgeons and surgeons at UCLH NHS Trust.
Spent a week at the Whittington Hospital shadowing the paediatrics department on the ward, clinics, paediatric ED, NICU, obstetrics and CAMHS. Included a presentation to the Whittington Paediatric Department on the Mental Health Act.
