At Parallel, one of India's top 10 Product Strategy and Design Studios, I worked as a Product Manager to help companies innovate faster and build better products. I was responsible for driving product strategy and leading a team of product designers and developers to craft delightful user experiences for our clients.
KleioScout is a talent discovery platform for grassroots sports in India (received intent from 7 sports academies - closed due to COVID). As the Founder, I conducted user research and synthesized 2,000+ data points using affinity mapping to understand the needs and pain points of sports academies. I developed the minimum viable product and ran user tests with 6 academies to validate the product.
As an early team member, I ideated and executed the go-to-market strategy to see a 100% MoM growth for 6 months. Additionally, I worked with CXOs of companies with valuations ranging from USD 1mn to USD 50mn to understand their companies' financial processes, incorporating insights to develop new product features.
Worked across business verticals - tech, design, and sales - to ideate the growth and product strategy and launched 'Pay & Play', the flagship business vertical of the company. Managed the operations, marketing, P&L of partner grassroots academies.
