• Build the brand for Chola MS from ground zero in an intensely competitive market (developed and launched new brand identity for Chola MS in 2010-11) • Ownership of marketing requirements of all the 108 branches across India • Coordinating and strategizing with the top management in developing collaterals and executing large-scale events and conferences • Responsible for creation, launch and promotion of the brand “Chola Insurance Express” – industry first retail format stores. • Handling of ad as well as digital agencies for branding initiatives • Launching multiple new innovative products for Retail, Agency and Bancassurance channel since 2009, which significantly contributed to the topline of the organisation • Responsible for internal and external communication within/from the organisation to build a young, vibrant and growth oriented image amongst various stakeholders • Lend support in the areas training, marketing collaterals, direct interaction with client/broker, product customisation for Bancassurance channel, designing reward & recognition schemes to help achieve product-line wise targets • Ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines set by IRDA as well as internal branding guidelines • Vendor Management- Identify, negotiate and coordinate with vendors and set SLAs to ensure they meet delivery expectations
• Handled ATL (branding) and BTL (on ground activities) for the TN market • Generate leads through activations and subsequent monitoring of the call-centres to ensure closure • Actively involved in increasing brand visibility • Briefing the agency on the creative required for various branding and employee schemes • Drafting proposals and running co-branded activities/tie-ups with malls, standalone stores, airport and other places • Work on promotional offers for the sales team and ensuring proper communication of this through media, web initiatives and on-ground activities • In charge of all business collaterals for the TN market • Performance monitoring and training premier customer relationship executives • Internally run sales contests for the employees and reward them • Work on market research and analysis requirements
