I am a healthcare operations and analytics professional with experience at the intersection of federal compliance, data analysis, and cross-functional project management. Currently serving as a RAD-V Project Manager at EY supporting Optum Insights on CMS Medicare Advantage federal audit compliance. As a Team Lead (top 10% of my cohort), I oversee 4,800+ audit records, lead a team of project coordinators, and build analytical tools to improve regulatory adherence. Outside of EY I have been building my analytics capabilities independently: Google Data Analytics Certificate, CAPM, and a published regional hospital quality analysis using SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau across nearly 3,000 CMS hospitals. I am building toward healthcare consulting and analytics roles at the intersection of federal healthcare compliance, data analysis, and operational problem-solving. Open to connecting with healthcare consulting professionals, payer analytics leaders, and recruiting teams at health systems and consulting firms.
