2nd chair litigation on complex patent litigation disputes involving infringement of Standard Essential Patents (SEP) relating to sound and audio compression technologies respectively. Conducted due diligence, patent vetting, and analyzed patent portfolios for a chipset manufacturer. Managed to secure a 7-figure patent-infringement verdict for a telecom equipment manufacturer against an Indian handset manufacturer. Assisted various hi-tech clients on structuring, reviewing and negotiating a commercial license agreement for its portfolio of patents.
