Program Owner. Scaling the Offensive Security Services training and enablement function within a high-growth environment (following the acquisition of Black Duck Software Security Consulting Group). Learning Strategy & Program Design: Lead the design of scalable learning programs across cybersecurity consulting teams, applying adult learning principles and business-aligned strategy to upskill consultants from foundational readiness to advanced technical capability. Enablement Operations & Systems Fluency: Optimize learning delivery and operational efficiency by implementing LMS workflows, automating training processes, and strengthening learning engagement, visibility, and adoption across a global workforce. I lead global L&D strategy for a technical consulting org, where I turn learning into a business asset. My work at Black Duck Software (formerly Synopsys, Inc.) spans from creating and delivering onboarding experiences to org-wide change enablement programming. I am credited with launching global programs from scratch, and designing training that moves the needle (and gets measured) while helping business leaders across our global workforce build effective, confident, and skilled teams. The impact I’m making: Filling Gaps with Innovation: Built a Jira-based custom tracking system to measure learning investments and ROI to enable our leaders to make data-backed decisions around learning. Creating Learning Opportunities for All: Rolled out onboarding and capability-building programs for a global employee base of both technical professional services and operational roles. Supporting Sales Enablement: Facilitated an interactive sales enablement training based on the MEDDPICC framework, to practice customer intelligence gathering and strategic sales conversations in a virtual environment (everyone can't be wheeling and dealing on the golf course!) Change Management Collaboration: Partnering with senior leaders to support global reorganizations —educating staff on new role definitions, team structures, and delivery model enhancements. Collaborated with technical SMEs to design and build self-paced learning courses for various technical practices in a business unit of 700+ application security consulting staff. Managed projects and initiatives that drive our global staff's understanding of products and services to enhance their performance and reduce new hire time to productivity by 25%. Delivered effective and innovative onboarding, upskilling, and career pathing programs that address a variety of learning modalities such as in-person, virtual, eLearning, and hybrid models. As a strategic consultant within Seismic’s (Lessonly) Enablement Services team, I worked directly with enterprise clients (L&D Leaders) to design and scale internal learning programs that made a measurable impact across their revenue, support, and success teams. I didn’t just help clients use the Lessonly LMS—I helped them build meaningful talent development experiences their teams would engage with and benefit from. The impact I made: Driving Retention with Strategy: Led learning initiatives that supported a $2M+ ARR client portfolio and achieved a 90% + enterprise client retention rate. Bringing Learning to Life: Designed scalable onboarding, leadership development, and microlearning programs to support team enablement across Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Success. Serving as a Trusted Advisor: Acted as the strategic learning partner and services delivery manager for 12–15 enterprise-level clients, guiding LMS implementation, program strategy, and internal alignment with business goals. Amplifying Learning with Tools: Championed the use of Lessonly and project management platforms like Trello and Monday to elevate training strategy, deliver services, and fuel platform adoption. At Seismic, I learned how to make learning solutions stick in complex orgs—and how to lead enablement from behind the scenes with influence, insight, and real results.
