AI-first product strategy and discovery

San Francisco, California, United States

About

What drives me is understanding people with the aim of helping them live better lives through technology. My recent work has focused on AI-first strategy and product discovery, helping organizations disrupt themselves and build competitive moats. Previously, I led the redesign at Lyft and Udemy, using research and data to inform customer-centric decisions that moved business metrics. I have also worked in the mental health space, helping bring a prescription digital therapeutic to life with an AI chatbot. I thrive in the discovery process and going from 0 to 1 by conducting research to figure out what people actually want, combined with the technical understanding of what is (and will be) possible, to lead a collaborative design process that yields results.
