• Involve in preparation of consolidated financial statement of SOCAR. • Review of intercompany balances periodically • Analyze consolidated data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed • Involve in discussion and preparation of company’s accounting policies and standards. • Prepares analytics pertaining to actual results /financial reports and measuring performance of critical processes • Involve in preparation of Sustainability report of SOCAR • Involve in preparation of Oil & Gas Reserve reports in accordance with SPE standards of SOCAR • Involve in the process of issuance Eurobonds by SOCAR • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Review Client’s financial statements and identify issues and problems and suggest solutions; • Appropriate communication with Client & team – timely communication of important issues to senior/manager; • Be able to document and perform necessary procedures to complete the audit in an appropriate manner; • Be able to serve large multinational companies, specialized in the exploration, development and production, and manufacturing industries; focus on IFRS, Production Sharing Agreements (“PSA”) and statutory tax accounting; • Educate, train and support develop the staff;
• Solicit and develops new commercial loan relationships by interviewing loan applicants, structuring loan terms, and closing loans; • Approves loans within lending authority limits, or recommends approval of loans to supervisor or loan committee; • Responsible for maintaining existing commercial loan relationships; • Mentors existing customers to insure satisfaction with commercial products and bank services; • Monitors loan portfolio for any past due accounts and takes corrective action as needed; • Complies with bank procedures by maintaining accurate lending records and following operational/security guidelines; • Contributes to the team effort by working on special projects/reports, performing other job-related duties and accomplishing related results;
