Roles & Responsibilities: • Expertise in UK, Europe Recruitment process • Responsible for opening and maintaining new customer accounts throughout the market • Understanding the requirements from the business and mapping it with available resources for both in-house and Clients. • Executing the full life Cycle Recruitment Process. • Strong resume sourcing skills through various sources and methods LinkedIn predominantly and also using Groups, Networking Sites, Portals etc. • All forms of recruitment process direct sourcing, networking sites, employee referrals, maintaining resume Database, Qualifying the CV and formatting and submitting to the Clients. • Follow up with candidates to inform them of employment possibilities and selection. • Broadcasted requirements in various channel and all aspects of the contracts, including recruitment for IT professionals on contract positions and managed client maintenance • Conducted headhunting and identifying the right candidates and presenting them to the clients on strict deadlines. • Coordinate the interviews between the client and the candidate and make sure that the logistics for both the ends falls in place
