In my role as an Associate, I contributed to high-stakes arbitration cases across commercial, construction, and investment disputes. I played a key role in drafting and reviewing arbitration awards, as well as preparing interim relief orders. My research supported case strategies in company law, EPC contracts, and IBC matters, facilitating sound legal arguments and informed decision-making. Notably, I streamlined case preparation processes, improving document accuracy and readiness. My collaboration with legal teams ensured efficient communication across stakeholders, resulting in consistent case progression and successful dispute resolutions. The experience solidified my expertise in ADR, establishing my capacity to deliver results under challenging, dynamic environments.
