- Manage front end product solution design and implementation - Responsible for data analytics and HANA Modelling - Part of 8 member Indian team that is responsible for developing HANA solutions for clients all over the world I am also core team member of SAP Diversity & Inclusion team, leading the Global Business Women Network to bring all the Business women together on a single platform to discuss their experiences and opinions, the team has grown from 10 to 250 within a year and continues to grow
- Designed an innovative dashboard solution to automate process for calculating HR FTE which was earlier being done manually. With increased accuracy of reporting with Zero manual intervention the running time of the report decreased by 30%. - Managed development and quality control of of user-friendly and responsive business objects reports, utilizing Master Data Management solution I also mentored new joiners in business analytics team for business objects solutions. I built training content for SAP Predictive Analytics Product, enabling the team to develop solutions in the latest Big Data technology product.
