I work at the intersection of people strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation. My role combines Talent & Development across the AME region with HR Business Partnering responsibilities in Türkiye, allowing me to bridge global HR strategy with local business needs. I focus on translating global HR initiatives into impactful local practices — particularly in areas such as career management, internal mobility, leadership development, and skills-based learning ecosystems. Alongside talent & development strategy, I contribute to HR transformation and change management initiatives, helping organizations evolve through modern talent frameworks, digital learning platforms, and data-driven HR practices.
Responsible for commercial accounts covering 250 employees Execute and manage each step of the employee journey including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Engagement
- Work alongside line managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects and consult line managers on Career Management, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Retaining, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Organizational Change, and tailor-made development processes and take related actions. - Conduct internal interviews with the employees, to receive feedback, design development action plans in light of the analysis, and present the results & action plans to top management.
- Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment for 3 Business Units of Henkel; including tracking timings for recruitment, brief meeting with Hiring Manager, selecting the right profiles: track target candidate, conduct qualitative interviews, offer and follow-up with line managers, and provide regular feedback to candidates over the whole process. - Create strong partnerships with universities, set up engaging presentations and case studies, and make the most of business games and career fairs to create, maintain and develop an attraction to Henkel. Develop content and communication strategy for Employer Branding for Internship Management on Henkel web and social channels.
- Uncovering customers' needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. - Guide customers when they enter the store — advising, selling, and even setting up their new products. - Perform other roles within the store too, whether it's maintaining visual merchandising or training team members.
- Develop, implement and execute hiring strategy for recruiting diverse talent to meet the needs of the organization by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Leads, and Managers at all levels to discuss needs. - Individually own full cycle of recruiting/interviewing, assessment, and selection process. Perform pre-employment activities including but not limited to screening resumes, conducting video/phone interviews. Also, participate informal interview process utilizing competency-based interviewing techniques. - Develop strong knowledge of Apple, its culture, benefits, products, and services. Lead and participate in Apple employer branding efforts. - Establish working relationships with key communities, business organizations, and universities to network with potential talent.
