Prepares maintenance Invoices. Prepares maintenance plan and work scopes for heavy and line maintenance period of Business Jets. Ensures that the assigned maintenance works are accomplished properly. Deal and sort out the problems occur during maintenance accomplishment, by communicating with related departments. Make necessary coordination to support assigned maintenance for all technical aspects especially for material supply, man power etc Updates completed maintenance records in computerized system. Ensure that all technical documents are kept up to date.
-Research of items required for scheduled maintenance of Business Jets in our hangar. -Analyze prices & quality paperwork then organise to supply process of the required materials from vendor. -Organization of shipments & collections from Vendor to incoming inspection in our warehouse. - Find the quick solution for AOG or critical requirements of the customers - Component repair and exchange issues
Responsible for sales (quotations, order and logistics) process of gas detectors in Europe, America and Africa.
Responsible for leasing CFM aircraft engines for Airlines and MROs.
Assisting component maintenance for Galley, IDG , Avionics, Battery shops. Checking maintenance data updates (CMM,AD,SB etc.) and creating task cards. Doing capability work for new components to be added into the capability list. Control of calibration periods and calibration process of tools and equipment. Participation in Quality Audits and follow-up corrective and preventive actions.
Preparing quotations for sensors (Humidity, temp, air velocity, CO2 etc. ) Preparing quotations for flow meters, flow switches, level switches. Technical support to customers for E+E Elektronik and SIKA products.
