6+ years of experience building and managing startup programmes, working with early-stage founders across Africa, MENA and Europe. I led INCO’s expansion into West and East Africa, opening its first offices in both regions, building local teams, securing funding and developing strategic partnerships. Alongside this, I supported 40+ founders annually on business model validation and go-to-market strategy, evaluated 30+ startups for investment each year, and designed a match-funding mechanism set to deploy €1M+ across 10 startups.
