I lead Product Management at Lazada & RedMart (Buyer Experience, Seller Operations, Payments & Logistics). I build and scale digital platforms for customers, merchants, and operational teams across ecommerce and government sectors. My experience has been centred on evolving platform capabilities. Much of my work involves scaling products that require close coordination across technology, operations, commercial, and regulatory environments. At Lazada and RedMart, I improved ecommerce experiences across customer journeys, seller operations, and fulfilment systems, transforming constraints into commercially effective user-facing experiences. I launched RedMart Seller Centre, a zero-to-one merchant operating platform that streamlined seller onboarding, catalogue management, and operational workflows, improving merchant productivity and platform scalability. I launched Lazada's seller eWallet capabilities, digitising merchant financial operations and enabling scalable payout and settlement experiences across the marketplace ecosystem. Prior to ecommerce, I spent several years consulting at NCS, working on transformation programmes for agencies such as WDA, STB, and LTA. That experience shaped how I designed experiences for diverse user groups on national-scale platforms. Earlier in my career, I worked across advertising and brand strategy. That experience developed my foundation in customer behaviour and market positioning—perspectives that shape how I think about product adoption and platform experience.
