This experience derives from sound practical experience & knowledge of well interventions & work overs, construction, testing and commissioning of process facilities from brown field to steady state. Similar experience in drilling operations from breaking ground through to well testing and bringing on line to production. This experience has been gained in various geographical regions from the UK sector North Sea, North & East Africa, South Africa, India, Malaysia & recently in the Middle East (Dubai). Focused on long term commitment of delivering successful well service intervention campaigns or brown field projects with the highest regard to customer requirements.

Just completed an intensive workover campaign with DPE as offshore well services & work over supervisor. Supervised the pulling & recompleting of oil producers c/w ESP's & Gas lift assisted completions via HWO units & Jack ups, often involving tubing cuts & fishing operations. Other tasks included offshore supervision of CT clean outs, acid stimlation matrix, CT fishing programmes & heavy walled drill pipe cutting operations. E-line logging & tubing cuts & well test operations. Now looking for a new challenging & rewarding opportunity.
Contracted as the Well service supervisor on the KBB gas platform, duties entailed equipment selection and auditing. Supervising well service company coiled tubing and well testing crews offshore during a high profile acidisation and flowback campaign on HP gas wells. Hosting daily ops meetings with onshore team, liaising with platform management and production staff to ensure seamless operations were achieved throughout the campaign. Also provided a strong HSE leadership and mentoring capacity ensured this campaign was completed without incident.
Located on a drilling rig utilised for well testing operations, my position is to provide technical advice & support in relation to the development, implementation & monitoring of Tullow EH&S plans & procedures in drilling & well intervention operations. Supporting the well engineering management to develop and implement EH&S procedures and standards in compliance with the Tullow integrated management systems. Carrying out assurance audits on activities to demonstrate compliance with procedures/standards & identifying opportunities for improvement & implementation of these. Supporting the implementation of incident reporting & investigations in area of operations. Producing statistics to understand incident trends. Active monitoring and periodic reporting of EH&S activities & performance indicators for both Tullow & Contractor activities.
Supporting well service operations by engineering & reviewing operational programmes for all variations of well intervention. Key responsibilities were to advise senior management of well integrity & control practises ensuring corporate policy is inclusive of all intervention programs & executed on site. Organisation of & conducting extensive risk assessments with Hess management, partners Sonatrach and service company providers, performing detailed QA & QC auditing of well service equipment & personnel for compliance prior to load out stage ensuring down time was kept to an absolute minimum and productivity maximised with the highest possible focus on safe practises adhered to. Operations in GEA covered 3 separate field each with unique characteristics & supported by water and gas injection, gas lift & water production wells. Daily well service operations were performed by 2 x HWO units replacing concentric gas lift strings and coompletions, 2 x coiled tubing spreads including N2 packages for gas lift, clean outs & fishing operations, Slickline & Electric line, well testing packages & HP fresh water treatments.
