Viessmann is known for its high-quality, sustainable, and efficient heat pumps and heating products. I lead a team of marketers (3), product managers (11), and technical documentation specialists (3). Below are my most significant achievements: • Development of an online and offline lead generation partner platform: successfully created a platform that had a significant impact on sales. • Extensive experience in organizing lead generation and networking fairs: managed multiple successful events to drive lead generation. • Developed co-funded Google adwords online campaigns for sales lead generation involving 65 partners. • B2C advertising campaigns: executed radio and youtube advertising campaigns (see Viessmann Belgium on YouTube) that increased brand preference to the highest level in the heating sector in Belgium. • Successful launch of new fuel cell product: led the launch via a content platform and social media campaigns, resulting in the BBA 'Innovation of the Year Award 2020'. • Development of product videos: created engaging videos for Viessmann's premium products. •Successful B2B promotions/sales actions: implemented effective promotions in the installer market. • Winner of the Viessmann 'International Marketing Award 2015': recognized for outstanding marketing contributions. • Coordination and close cooperation with product managers: successfully collaborated with 11 product managers to align strategies. • Organization of the Viessmann booth (400m2) at the Batibouw building fair from 2009 to 2020. • Press presentations and interviews: conducted various press presentations, TV appearances, and interviews.

Ter Beke is a leading Belgian fresh food group (+ € 500 mio turnover) with a wide range of high-quality fresh food products. It is market leader in Belgium in processed meat products and chilled ready meals. Responsibility: marketing of the Ter Beke brands and private labels in processed meat: Daniël Coopman, Pluma, Rôtisseurs des Flandres, Plop, Samson, Bob the builder ( € 940k budget) and l’Ardennaise (2005&2006). Achievements: • new product development: Vitality: a new healthy meat concept, l’Ardennaise Plainair: (elected product of the year), convenient single portion charcuterie for the health sector • integrated the product portfolio of the Ter Beke and Pluma companies (merge of the two companies in 2007): loyalty program for the wholesales market 2005, 2006 and 2007 via direct marketing and internet, premium promotions, volume plus, coupons and one-winner per store
Sodexo is the worldwide leader in catering (+ € 20 mld turnover). Sodexo is market leader in Belgium . Role: head of the vending department: managed a team of 3 responsible for identifying new opportunities and market segments and for introducing new vending contracts. Achievements: • developed and launched the Sodexo vending concept and business • signed a € 10 mio turnover contract with the European administration in Brussels
