Before founding dear digital, Niels built deep expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and scaling and funding start-ups. He started his career at PwC Belgium, and went on to found several other companies, both B2C and B2B. Niels prioritizes building high-performance teams, maintaining a transparent and human-centered culture.

Scaling our own DTC brand in Europe, we won "Starter of the year 2020" in Belgium. We try to reinvent the puzzle by making culturally relevant puzzles by young designers. We sold 3.000 puzzles in our very first month.
