Selected by Delvaux for his innovative approach to leather, Niels Peeraer was invited to collaborate with the luxury house as part of his Master Collection at the Royal Academy of Antwerp. The result was the ‘Bento’ bag, inspired by the structure of a traditional Japanese lunchbox. Crafted from 70 precisely assembled leather pieces, the design layers nubuck, smooth calfskin, and lamb lining, creating a structured yet delicate composition, finished with a signature leather bow - now a hallmark of Peeraer’s work Produced in a limited edition by Delvaux’s artisans, the "Bento bag" sold out to collectors before its official launch in Delvaux’s boutiques.”
