Successfully led the selling of HemoCue from Quest Diagnostics to Danaher Corp. with closing in April 2013. In this period additional roles as Member of the Supervisory Boards of HemoCue AB, HemoCue Holding AB, POCT Holding AB.
Strategy and Business Development for all businesses in the Power Generation sector, i.e. from Wind and Solar, via gas turbines to nuclear Power. At that point in time a €12 billion business. Additional roles as Supervisory Board member of Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB and Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery Ltd.
P&L and full responsibility for industrial gas turbine business. Total Revenues of around €1 billion.
