      Got promoted to lead the launch and roll-out of the new Innovators Community and Innovation Challenge. Both platforms have the goal to generate, share, and realize new ideas that our team can shape and scale to new products in collaboration with the markets. - Led a cross-functional team of eight, together responsible for launching the new Innovators Community. This became the largest HEINEKEN platform in terms of user base and is used across nearly all markets worldwide; - Co-developed the new design for the global Innovation Challenge and coordinated the first two challenges (10,000+ participants); - Supervised the first ‘Drop the C’ project, HEINEKEN’s sustainability program; - Supported in the setup of the Innovators Brewhouse, HEINEKEN's open innovation space.

As a Master ambassador of the RSM’s Recruitment and Admissions Office, I represented RSM's Master Degree in Innovation Management towards potential future students. I was present at information sessions on campus to give presentations about the programme and to answer all sorts of questions. Furthermore, I represented the Master programme on Facebook and I met with students from over the whole world to discuss any programme related topic and to show them around the campus. Lastly, I was also responsible for Skype-sessions with newly admitted students to help them prepare for the Master's programme.
