-HR Strategy & Policy Implementation – Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and best practices to drive organizational growth. -Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning – Identify hiring needs, create job descriptions, recruitment plans, and maintain workforce structures. -Recruitment & Selection: Manage recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and joining. Handle salary negotiations and issue official documents (offer, appointment, promotion, termination letters). -Joining of New Employees: Oversee joining formalities, inductions, and document preparation (ID cards, bank formalities). -Employee Engagement:Send birthday and thought-of-the-day emails, organize celebrations, and resolve grievances. Salary Administration: Maintain attendance/leave records, calculate salaries, generate slips, and manage full and final settlements.
Strategy Planning: Accessing and analyzing performance of employees periodically. Helping the decision maker to proactively respond to the need of the market and Preparing reports on the basis of the work performance of the employees. Compensation & Benefits: Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees as well as for the existing employees, and executing the same. Implemented payroll system in the organisation including reviewing salary structures, existing practices. Performance Management: Formulating and implementing increment, incentive and other remuneration policies. Managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating the performance appraisal system linked to reward management. Overseeing the performance appraisals as per the performance of the employees. Preparing appraisal forms & performance management systems. Coordinating with Group / Dept Head on Quarterly Performance Appraisals. Formulating the HR Budget: Automating the entire budget process. Formulating the entire HR budget ranging form giving ads in newspapers or sites, number of employees to be recruited, salary to be given, amount to be spend on the corporate events and employee welfare, amount spent on training and development. RECRUITMENT: Coordinating with Consultant/Recruitment agencies, coordinating with candidates for subsequent follow –ups. Issuing offer letter, coordinate for Induction of new entrants. INDUCTION : Joining formalities for all new entrants, conducting induction for new entrants. Preparation of Appointment Letters, Preparing personnel file of new entrants, preparation of ID Card. To complete Bank Account Formalities of All of new joinee. Employee Engagement Activities: Developing appropriate employee recognition and acknowledgment schemes. Establishing mechanisms for monitoring employee engagement through the use of annual and other periodic staff surveys
