As an industrious and dynamic Industrial Engineering student at Marmara University, I have cultivated a comprehensive skill set through diverse professional experiences and leadership roles. My academic journey, augmented by hands-on involvement in startups and prominent volunteer student organizations, has sharpened my expertise in leadership, project management, and effective communication. In my capacity as a Supply Chain Intern at Avane Cloud Kitchens, I have honed my skills in data management, ERP system updates, and market research, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of the company. Additionally, my international exposure through the Work and Travel Summer Program in the USA has enriched my cultural perspective and adaptability, crucial for thriving in global business environments. My leadership tenure as Vice President in Charge of Projects at the Marmara Industrial Engineering Society (MieS), the most active business and career society at Marmara University, involved orchestrating large-scale events, securing financial resources, and steering a team of over 150 members. This role significantly bolstered my abilities in strategic planning, resource management, and crisis resolution. Currently, I am broadening my academic and professional horizons through an Erasmus Exchange Program at Politecnico di Bari, furthering my proficiency in industrial engineering with a global outlook. Fluent in English and equipped with a robust foundation in project and crisis management, I am poised to leverage my analytical and leadership capabilities to drive impactful contributions in the industrial engineering field.
