Nicolas (Nic) Waldenmayer specializes in minimizing tax liabilities for businesses and individuals through innovative tax planning, strategic business consulting, tax credit and incentive maximization, and other practical tax compliance solutions. He is an expert adviser to the construction and real estate industries but also has extensive experience with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and service based industries. His experience includes multi-state tax compliance, tax provisions, tax minimization for high-net-worth individuals, tax credit maximization, and the management of lifestyle assets. Prior to becoming a Partner of Eide Bailly LLP, Nic was the senior manager of an Orange County public accounting firm specializing in the construction industry and a tax manager for the largest public accounting firm headquartered in Southern California. Nic is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), and a licensed Real Estate Agent. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Engineering Contractors’ Association (ECA), an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), Surety Underwriters Association of Southern California (SUASC), California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Most recently, Nic graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with his Masters of Business Taxation (MBT). He is also a graduate of Loyola Marymount University (LMU), where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance.
