Optimized databases for mass printing with Océ Document Designer. Convinced the board that fixing the architecture would fix the underlying problems. Redesigned the business and system architecture, sold solution to the board, trained in-house team, coded and successfully implemented reporting system that produced the desired results within 6 weeks.

Exported their ACH+ databases into a single repository to enable complex search predicates on all columns to identify sensitive, personal data that required masking before data is exposed to user applications.
