As a field IT Specialist. I'm responsible for keeping MAF's critical IT infrastructure running smoothly. In the areas where we work, grid power is not as reliable as in the Western world, therefore I'm also responsible for implementing and maintaining backup power systems for our critical infrastructure. Additionally, I'm using the knowledge that I gained as Flight Planning Systems software developer at MAF International, to help MAF US implement this same flight planning software package.
During my employment at Bellt, I've worked at a variety of projects, mainly MES applications for large breweries but also an application for a fuel supplier on Schiphol airport, a Brewery Comparision System for Heineken International, a Beer Tasting Application and a Quality Assurance application. In these projects I was responsible for a broad range of responsibilities. For example: - Critically analysing change requests - Writing functional and technical specifications - Writing Factory Acceptance Plans - Maintenance of existing software - Development of new software - Architecture of new applications - Providing with work/cost estimates - Developing project proposals
