Maintien des équipement Subsea (Xmas Trees, Manifolds, Master control Station, HPU, EPU...): - identification des anomalies, rapport, et mesures compensatoires - suivi des tests d'intégrité des vannes des puits - préparation et suivi des interventions et inspections sous-marines, commissioning des équipements de remplacement (SCM, SRM..) - supervision des interventions fournisseurs - supervision des opérations d'inspection/maintenance/réparation sur les équipements Subsea - Rédaction des procédures d'intervention Subsea Assistance technique pour l'opération des équipements en accord avec la philosophie opératoire
Suivi de l’intégrité fonctionnelle et structurelle des installations sous-marines dans le périmètre Moho Nord (FPU LIKOUF). - Opérations subsea, troubleshooting et maintenance (maintien de la disponibilité maximale des équipements ; assistance technique au site ; participation aux activités offshores ponctuelles) - Suivi des réparation, préparation des remplacements (Subsea control modules) - Etudes et ingénierie - Reporting (rapports hebdos, retour d'expérience)
Company representative for Subsea Control System for a project including: - development of a new field (Subsea Production System (SPS) package) Moho Nord - upgrade of a brown field (SPS package + Multiphase Pump (MPP) package, ) Moho Phase 1 bis Key activities: - follow-up the basic engineering performed by Doris Engineering relevant to subsea control system - follow-up the detail engineering performed by the SPS Contractor relevant to subsea production, injection and workover subsea instrumentation and control systems. - review of Contractors' subsea umbilical, distribution and control systems design - expediting of technical interfaces - reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the Contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc) ensuring the implementation of the established procedures, applicable codes, COMPANY standards and specification, Contract, International standards and Engineering best practices; - Resolving ongoing technical issues concerning all aspects of subsea control equipment; - Monitoring and reporting technical progress to the SPS Work Package Manager; - Ensure that all internal and external Interfaces (especially with FPSO) are correclty managed by Contractor; - Ensure good communication with other packages within Company, implementation of new requiremements - Writing internal Memos, Technical notes and Minutes of Meetings - Witnessing of acceptance tests (hyperbaric tests, FAT, EFAT), final inspections and ready for shipment - Support to offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up.
